Truck information data:
With truck master information you can store & access data pertaining to all the trucks you operate or* it includes; master information of trucks like, Truck No, Chases No, make, model, etc. Owner information; you can keep on updating the owner information on it changes on different dates. Driver information; along with the photograph of driver you can keep record of his address, license No etc. Document information; the record all documents related to the truck e.g. registration card, PUC, insurance etc. can be maintained and accessed at any time. A past from this you can keep the photograph of the truck it self.

LR and LS:
These are two basic documents of the transport business. The form layouts of these documents are designed very similar to the layout most commonly used by transporters.

GDM (Goods dispatch memo):
TransWav has provided facility to make memo by three ways:
a. Auto memo generate from LR
b. Auto memo generate from LS
c. Manually Preparation of memo

While generating memo automatically from LR or LS, you need to first select the Truck No, and TransWay displays the list of all pending LR or LS of that truck, now you only need to select LR or LS from the list & memo would be prepared automatically.

Preparation of bills:
TransWay lets you make different bills as:
a. Bill to consigner,
b. Bill to consignee,
c. Detention bill.

By following the policy of SAFACOM of automation, TransWay facilitate you to make above bills with a very ease of operation, for this you need only to select the pending LR or LS of whom bills are not yet prepared, and bill will be made for you automatically.

Detention entry & bill:
It happens many times that you may forget to keep truck of detention of truck by the consignee & to receive charges of it. TransWay has given facility to enter detention information & preparation of its bill. In this case also, you need to do a very minimal entry by just selecting those LR or LS whose detention entry has not made.

Acknowledgment entry:
TransWav has given provision to enter the acknowledgment of LR or LS. If you are intended to keep track of acknowledgment of LR or LS, here is the solution of it and you can track that acknowledgement of which LR or LS has been received and which are pending.

Multiple Financial year management:
TransWav has incorporated such a sophisticated financial year management that by just one click of mouse a new financial year would be generated.

Service tax & TDS. :
As per Govt. new regulation all transporters are to be registered in Excise for service tax & education cess. TransWay is already incorporated these, as per the status of consignor or consignee the modvate and non-modvate tax would be calculated automatically.

Integration with account module: The transport module of TransWay has been intelligently integrated with account module. As a result of integration many tasks would be automatically performed for you such as.

1. Creation of one account each for every consignor, consignee, truck owner, driver etc.

2. Automatic entry in the ledger of respective account for every entry of G DM either from LR or LS or Manual.

3. Automatic entry in to the ledger of respective account from bill to consigner, bill to consignee, detention bill etc.

Integration with contact management module:
As transport module is integrated with accounts module, in the same way it is integrated with contact management module. With this you get the power of managing your all contacts. Within transport module it self. For every contact in contact module you get an option to create an account in accounts module, which will be available in transport module also for selection as truck owner or driver, or consignor or consignee.

On line Documents & Voucher Printing:
With TransWay you can print all documents & vouchers from transport module, as will as accounts modules also. The print format of LR, LS, Memof& Other documents are given in most widely used standard formats.

Single user and multi user support:
TransWav is available in either single user or multiple users LAN version. The number of users is your choice.

Security and user management:
With TransWay you can create as many users as you want, there is limit on the number of users. In network LAN version, at a time only those many users can login from different workstation, as the license of users you buy.

To each user you can assign permissions or rights to work on. On login of a particular user, only the permitted option will be available.

No Limits:
There in no limit that how many entries you are making in all modules, may it be transport, account or contact, you can enter as many entries & transportation as you want.

Auto Master Updation:
While entering your regular truck master entry, you need to select some other master names from the list. TransWay has given one unique feature of master updation from entry form it self. Unlike other software if you enter a new name, which is not in list, then TransWay would prompt you whether you want to add
in list? If you replay yes then it will be automatically added in master list.

This great feature saves your entry time & you don't need to open the master form separately & enter.
