This allows user a free hand in deciding the naming style of the product. It saves lot of time, increases working speed, and allows search facility in different reports on these parts.

Source / Supplier
For each product user can define multiple suppliers with product code of the supplier, this product code is used when the PO is placed to that particular supplier.
Rates - Over All, Party wise, and Godown wise.
With Accurate you can define the purchase and sales rates of the products in three ways; one is over all, second is party wise, and third is Godown/Ware house wise. In
sales and purchase entries the respective rates of the product for the selected party, godown would be picked up.
Main Group & Sub Group
All products can be grouped by main group and sub group, OR, all the products can be categorized and sub categorized.
Minimum Level, Maximum Level, Reorder Qty.
Search - Product Search By Name, Code, Source / Supplier, Any combination of five parts, Extra field with support of wild cards also.
Drill down from reports till vouchers:
Drill down / Trace down / Back track from reports like Balance sheet, Trial balance, Profit & Loss account & other reports till vouchers to view / modify / delete.

Bill wise accounting:

Unit Conversion:
With Accurate you can define different units for every product. While making entry you can enter any unit and Accurate will convert automatically the rate of the product. Not only this but also you can see stock reports in different units and with its respective rates.

DC to Sales Invoice & GRN to Purchase voucher link:
Increase speed of work, save time and maintain track of DC (Delivery challan) to sales invoice and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) to purchase voucher. Enter reference of DC in sales invoice and get all contents of DC automatically in sales invoice. Get reports of DC whose bills are made and whose bills are not prepared.

Windows & Draft mode:
Even though the software is in windows environment, it has facility of printing bills and other vouchers in Draft/Text mode for fast billing purpose. Other than billing, many other reports are provided in Draft/Text mode.

Document numbers:
With Accurate you can maintain unlimited series of document numbers with different prefixes.

Master entries:
The master information such as account or product can be entered by two methods, by code or by name.

On line new account opening:
From entry screen new customer name or any new account can be created on line. For this user does not need to go into account master and create account.

Final accounts:
Most CA and accountants in India design the formats of the final accounts in the same style as used, it is in T format.
The value of opening and closing stock in P & L account and in Balance sheet can be picked from actual data of inventory OR it can also be given manually as per requirement.
